学 費
※ 授業料 ： １年分 550,000円 諸経費 ： １年分 50,000円
入国準備
１．学校は入国管理局から合格者の通知を受け取ったら、ただちに本人に連絡しますので、入学時に必要な 費用を学校指定の
口座に送金して下さい。
２．学校は入金が確認された後、本人に「在留資格認定証明書」、「入学許可書」を送ります。
３．「在留資格認定証明書」、パスポート等を持って、現地の日本領事館にビザの申請をします。
４．ビザが出たら、航空券を予約し、学校に入国日を知らせて下さい。

Tuition & Fees
* Annual tuition \ 550,000. Annual others \ 50,000.
Schedule to entering a school
1. You submit all required documents to our school within the due date.
The documents are checked, and we apply to Fukuoka Immigration for you.
2. When we receive your eligibility (visa) from Fukuoka Immigration, we contact the applicants.
So you must remit the tuition and fees to our school's bank account immediately.
3. After payment is confirmed, we send the eligibility and the entrance permit of this college to the applicants.
4. The applicant applies to Japanese Embassy for the visa with the eligibility and the passport, etc.
5. After you get visa, reserve the ticket of the airplane, and inform the date of entering Japan to our school.

◆报名方法 申请报名后，在中国国内接受面试。
申请时需要准备的材料
◆本人 1．入学申请书（本校指定用纸）
2．履历书、留学理由书（本校指定用纸）
3．最终学历毕业证书（原件）
大学本科及专科毕业生还需提交由中国教育部发行的学历 认证报告、高中毕业生请提交中国教育部发行的高考
成绩认证报告、在校生需提交在学 证明书。原件向入管局出事后将立即返还给本人。
4．最终毕业学校的成绩证明书。（申请时需已具备学习日语 150 小时以上学历，学习时间数、出席率及学习期间
请明确记入。日语能力考试合格者需出具合格证书。）
5．照片 5 张（三个月以内拍摄的正面免冠 3x4cm 的照片）
6．护照的复印件、户口本复印件。
7．誓约书（本校指定用纸）
8．在职证明书（只限在职者）
9．在学证明书（只限大学在籍者）

入国准备
1． 学校从入国管理局取回被批准者名单后，马上用电话或传真通知学生本人，学生收到通 知书及“入学许可书”等后，向学校指定的
银行账户汇寄入学费用。
2． 学校确认汇款寄到后，随即会将“在留资格认定证明书”寄送给学生本人。
3． 持“在留资格认定书”和“入学许可书”到户口所在地公安机关申办护照。
4． 取得护照后，到日本领事馆申请签证。
5． 得到签证后预订机票，赴日本日程确定后，请尽快与学校联系，以便作必要的准备。
